Grace International Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of disadvantaged youth through education, skill development, and rehabilitation. Our strategic objectives for 2025-2026 focus on creating sustainable solutions for youth in Liberia and Minnesota through comprehensive training, mentorship, and community engagement.
Details: The foundation aims to construct and fully operationalize a training center and residential area for disadvantaged youth living on the streets in Liberia. This facility will serve as a haven, offering educational programs, rehabilitation, vocational training, life skills development, and spiritual guidance.
1. Site acquisition and infrastructure development:
· Identify and acquire suitable land for the training center.
· Partner with architects and builders to design and construct facilities, including classrooms, dormitories, cafeterias, recreational areas, individual & group prayer, and a chapel for worship services.
· Collaborate with education and training experts to design a curriculum focused on employable skills like carpentry, tailoring, agriculture, and computer literacy.
· Include personal development modules such as financial literacy, conflict resolution, theology, mental health counseling, martial counseling, addiction counseling, nursing, social work and leadership development, and leadership skills.
· Recruit qualified educators, counselors, and support staff.
· Provide ongoing training to ensure staff can deliver trauma-informed care and mentorship.
· Partner with local organizations, government agencies, and religious institutions to identify beneficiaries.
· Conduct awareness campaigns to gain community support for the initiative.
· Develop metrics to track trainees' progress, such as skill acquisition, employment rates, and personal development milestones.
· Regularly review and refine programs based on feedback.
Details: Grace International Foundation seeks to rehabilitate youth by addressing their emotional and psychological needs through tailored mentorship and counseling programs.
1. Develop counseling programs:
· Partner with psychologists and social workers to create trauma-informed counseling services.
· Offer individual group prayer and group counseling sessions to address issues like addiction, abuse, and emotional well-being.
· Recruit mentors from diverse professional backgrounds to guide youth in career and life planning.
· Train mentors to provide consistent and compassionate support to participants.
· Organize workshops on goal setting, decision-making, and overcoming challenges.
· Create peer mentoring opportunities where rehabilitated youth can inspire others.
· Establish partnerships with local businesses to provide internships and job placements for youth.
· Secure funding for ongoing counseling and mentorship programs through grants and donor campaigns.
Details: In the U.S., the foundation will address drug abuse among youth in Minnesota by establishing a mentorship program to provide guidance, support, and alternative paths for at-risk individuals, which will include prayer & biblical teaching sessions and referral services in addition to a mentorship program.
1. Needs Assessment:
· We will carry on outreach or Evangelism and Survey to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by youth affected by drug addiction in Minnesota
· Partner with local health and social service organizations to gather data and insights.
· Identify and train mentors who have experience in recovery or are professionals in substance abuse counseling.
· Provide mentors with training on effective communication, addiction awareness, and relapse prevention strategies.
· Partner with existing rehab facilities and community organizations to reach affected youth.
· Offer mentorship as a complement to their recovery programs.
· Organize group discussions, workshops, and recreational activities to promote healthy coping mechanisms.
· Create pathways for education, skills training, and employment for participants.
· Monitor participants’ progress through regular check-ins and surveys.
· Use data to refine and expand the program.
Details: The foundation will actively engage the public to generate awareness, foster partnerships, and secure resources to sustain its programs in both Liberia and Minnesota.

· Utilize social media, community events, and traditional media to highlight the challenges faced by youth in Liberia and Minnesota.
· Share success stories and testimonials to inspire support.
· Organize fundraising events like charity walks, gala dinners, and online donation drives.
· Contact corporate sponsors, philanthropists, and grantmaking organizations for financial support.
· Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and religious groups to gain resources and volunteers.
· Collaborate with government agencies to align with existing youth development programs.
· Recruit and train volunteers to assist with mentorship, training, and outreach efforts.
· Create a volunteer recognition program to maintain enthusiasm and commitment.
